Shipping Policy
The products listed in the shop are ready to ship. If you would like a custom order (where applicable), please contact us to discuss. Prices may vary for custom orders, depending on changes in size and materials used. A deposit payment will be required in advance for custom orders and time frames for delivery will be negotiated directly with the purchaser.
Full payment must be received before we can ship your order.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after your payment is received. All items are sent via Australia Post using Standard Post with tracking.
We are not responsible for delivery delays that can happen due to many factors that are not under our control.
Please ensure the address you provide is correct before purchasing. We cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
We are currently shipping withing Australia only. If your location is outside Australia, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Return & Exchange Policy
All care is taken to ensure our buyers enjoy their purchase and shopping experience.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for “change of mind”.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No returns and refunds for items on sale.
We are unable to accept returns and offer refunds for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Where returns are approved, refunds are offered only for products returned in good condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Postage fees will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
