Please review the product photos carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about the products or if you want to find more details before you make a purchase, please contact us and we will gladly answer your enquiries.
Handmade products listed in our Shop are individually created by hand, which means the product you purchase is unique. We normally do not use a particular design for multiple items, so the uniqueness of each piece ensures that you will be the owner of a one-of-a-kind product that you will cherish. We hope you understand that handmade products may have the odd imperfections that are part of their individuality.
The products listed in the shop are ready to ship. If you would like a custom order (where applicable), please contact us to discuss. Prices may vary for custom orders, depending on changes in size and materials used.
A deposit payment will be required in advance for custom orders and time frames for delivery will be negotiated directly with the purchaser.
Payments and Shipping
Full payment must be received before we can ship your order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after your payment is received. All items are sent via Australia Post using Standard Post with tracking. We are not responsible for delivery delays that can happen due to many factors that are not under our control.
Please ensure the address you provide is correct before purchasing. We cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
We are currently shipping withing Australia only. If your location is outside Australia, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Product Sizing
Where applicable, the size of each item is indicated in the product description. If you are buying a wall hanging for a specific place in your home, we recommend that you cut out the size of your desired item on a piece of paper and place it against the wall to ensure it fits the space.
Product Colours
Colours can vary slightly between images on screens of different devices and the colours of the actual product. Some of our products are also posted on our social media accounts, so you can have a look and get a better idea of what the product looks like.
Product Care instructions
Woven and macrame wall hangings are packed with care to ensure our buyers receive them in good condition. When you receive your wall hanging please handle with care. Unpack and hang it in your desired location. If needed, comb out the fringe gently with your fingers and do not tug as this may damage the fibres or the product. The items are handmade and should be carefully handled.
Returns and exchanges
All care is taken to ensure our buyers enjoy their purchase and shopping experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for “change of mind”.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns and refunds for items on sale.
Where returns are approved, refunds are offered only for products returned in good condition. We are unable to accept returns and offer refunds for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Postage fees will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional information
If you purchase handmade products that have small parts please ensure they are properly placed out of children’s reach to avoid choking hazards.

Unauthorized use of the website may violate applicable laws, and you may not copy website content without our prior written authorisation.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
